This regulation is applicable to all transactions:

1. With the aim of fostering an equitable and secure trading environment and enhancing users' transactional experience.
2. This regulation shall be formally implemented as of the date of its publication and may be periodically amended or refined. The newly amended or refined regulations shall become effective from the date of their announcement.

All users are required to adhere to the principles of anti-money laundering:

1. Users are required to strictly adhere to the platform's authentication management requirements for user identity and accounts, ensuring that all relevant accounts used on the platform are lawfully registered and used by the respective individuals.
2. In the event that a user triggers the platform's anti-money laundering risk control alerts, they are expected to actively cooperate with the platform's requests for anti-money laundering verification. Furthermore, they should actively assist in providing relevant evidentiary materials for risk control purposes (specific measures are subject to the platform's risk control audit requirements at the time).
3. Users who trigger anti-money laundering risk control alerts and fail to cooperate with the platform's anti-money laundering verification process may have their account's functionalities restricted, either partially or entirely, at the discretion of the platform.

Important Guidelines for Coin Purchases:

1. It is imperative that you make the payment within the specified timeframe, based on the payment methods supported by the seller and the amount indicated on the order page. After making the payment, please remember to click on "Mark as Paid".
2. Ensure that you use a payment method that has been verified under your own legal identity.
3. Unless otherwise specified in the terms of the transaction, any fees charged by the payment service provider should be borne by the paying party or merchant. The buyer should ensure that the total amount received by the seller corresponds to the amount stated in the transaction terms or matches the total amount of the order.
4. Do not click on "Mark as Paid" without completing the payment or without making the payment. Such behavior will be considered malicious carding and may result in certain functions of your account being restricted.
5. For large transfers (approximately ≥ 50000 CNY), it is advisable to make partial payments to ensure timely receipt. If a non-real-time payment method is used to settle the order, prior consent from the seller must be obtained.

   Non-real-time payment methods currently include: Alipay transfer to bank account, WeChat transfer to bank account, single transfer for orders over 50,000 between 17:00-9:00, etc. The specific types of non-real-time payment methods may be adjusted in accordance with changes in payment channel services.

6. When making the payment, it is prohibited to include sensitive terms such as BTC, cryptocurrencies, or coin purchase in the payment remarks.
7. If you have completed the transfer and clicked on "Mark as Paid", but the seller fails to release the coins within the specified timeframe, you may contact the merchant or platform customer service to file a complaint. If your actions fully comply with the platform's regulations and you are able to provide relevant legal evidence, we will promptly handle the matter and determine that the assets belong to you.

Important Guidelines for Coin Sales:

1. The payment account information you provide must align with the authentic identification information on the platform.
2. Once the full payment from the buyer is received and verified accurately, the release of funds should be completed within 30 minutes.
3. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, it is forbidden to request the buyer/platform service to cancel the order without their consent.
4. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, it is forbidden to dispute the price of an already created order without the buyer's consent.
5. In the case of any pending orders or disputes with the buyer, please ensure that your contact information (the mobile number associated with the platform) remains accessible.

Risk Warning and Disclaimer:

1. Prior to engaging in any transactions, it is assumed that you have thoroughly read and comprehended the entirety of these regulations, terms of use, and relevant platform rules.
2. As the platform does not act as the actual transacting party, any disputes arising between users during transactions are unrelated to the platform. The platform reserves the right, but not the obligation, to facilitate dispute resolution and does not assume any physical obligations or responsibilities towards any party (including, but not limited to, liability for compensation).
3. By agreeing to these regulations, terms of use, and relevant platform rules, you authorize the platform to independently decide on reasonable measures (including, but not limited to, transaction cancellations under specific circumstances, account function restrictions, etc.) in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of yourself, the platform, and other users.
4. You agree that, except in cases of deliberate or gross negligence on the part of the platform, including but not limited to hacker attacks, power outages, or unavoidable technical glitches, the platform shall not be held liable for any losses incurred during transactions or while using the services under these regulations to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. In the event of the following circumstances, the platform reserves the right to independently and immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the platform without prior notice:
   • We have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have violated or may be violating these regulations.
   • We believe it is necessary to protect other users from danger or financial loss. If we exercise the right to restrict or deny your use of the services, we shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from our inability to provide access to the services, including any delays, damages, or inconveniences that may occur.
   • If we determine that your use of our platform in any way may have a detrimental effect on other users' ability to enjoy our services or impede their access to them.
   • If we discover that a violator engages in communication or interaction with other users using obscene language, insults, extortion, harassment, threats, or any other means of infringing upon or attempting to infringe upon the legal rights of other users (such as privacy rights and intellectual property rights), as well as the collection of any personal information of other users for the purpose of dissemination or personal attacks on the internet.
   • You acknowledge that our decision to take certain actions (including restricting the use of services, suspending or closing your account or wallet) may be based on confidential standards that are crucial to our risk management and security protocols. You agree that the platform is not obligated to disclose detailed information regarding its risk management and security procedures to you.
6. Once the reasons for suspension cease to exist, we will promptly lift the suspension. However, we are not obligated to notify you when such a suspension is lifted (if applicable).
